Ive worked with many agents in my lifetime, but Tracey is honestly one in a million. She, first, helped my son, who was a first time buyer, find his first home, explaining everything along the way. This included what to look for each time we would walk into a showing, everything that would happen during the inspection, negotiations, etc. My son felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. Four months later it was our turn. We found the house we wanted and it was a little more chaotic than my sons experience. The parties we were on the other side of were not doing much, so Tracey was doing all of the running, scheduling, dancing loleverything that needed to be done, she was doing it, bless her heart. This lady will do anything and everything she can for her clients to make the experience as smooth as possible. We finally got closed and now we are in the process of selling our home. We absolutely loved working with Tracey. I feel like I was probably one of her more pickier buyers, I had quite a list of wants, she worked daily and kept in constant contact with us about any possible option that would pop up. She took us to showings early on weekend mornings and late on Friday when I'm sure she had so many other things to do. She also invests in the family, she always paid attention to our toddler and never complained about how crazy our kid made showings, it may be small detail but it meant a lot to us. She also had pizza delivered to our new home for move in day so it was one less thing we had to worry about. She is absolutely the best and we will always use her!
