We have dreamed of having a lake house for years so when it came time to turn that dream to reality, God put us in a situation to meet Tracey. Ive worked with many agents in my lifetime, but Tracey is honestly one in a million. She, first, helped my son, who was a first time buyer, find his first home, explaining everything along the way. This included what to look for each time we would walk into a showing, everything that would happen during the inspection, negotiations, etc. My son felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. Four months later it was our turn. We found the house we wanted and it was a little more chaotic than my sons experience. The parties we were on the other side of were not doing much, so Tracey was doing all of the running, scheduling, dancing loleverything that needed to be done, she was doing it, bless her heart.
