She made me feel confident and comfortable She was patient when looking at houses that would meet my families needs. Tracey would keep me updated on information in regards to the home buying process as well as reminding me on when certain paperwork was due, which was extremely helpful! Ive worked with many agents in my lifetime, but Tracey is honestly one in a million. She, first, helped my son, who was a first time buyer, find his first home, explaining everything along the way. This included what to look for each time we would walk into a showing, everything that would happen during the inspection, negotiations, etc. My son felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. Four months later it was our turn. We found the house we wanted and it was a little more chaotic than my sons experience. The parties we were on the other side of were not doing much, so Tracey was doing all of the running, scheduling, dancing loleverything that needed to be done, she was doing it, bless her heart. This lady will do anything and everything she can for her clients to make the experience as smooth as possible. We finally got closed and now we are in the process of selling our home.
