Tracey is the best around. She understands what your looking for in a home and helps you find it. We had a fairly specific list of wants in a home, many of which weren't available in the homes we were looking at. She spent a lot of late nights scouring the market to find what we were looking for. When one popped up she was quick to get us an appointment and help us through a multiple offer situation so that we got the home. We recommend her to everyone we know and won't hesitate to use her again if we sell

I have known Tracey for quite a while through our children and when we decided to sell our home I knew that I wanted her because I knew that she was a trustworthy person and I also knew her sells in the past. We absolutely loved working with Tracey. I feel like I was probably one of her more pickier buyers, I had quite a list of wants, she worked daily and kept in constant contact with us about any possible option that would pop up. She took us to showings early on weekend mornings and late on Friday when I'm sure she had so many other things to do. She also invests in the family, she always paid attention to our toddler and never complained about how crazy our kid made showings, it may be small detail but it meant a lot to us.
