Tracey did a great job selling our house. There were some strange things that came up. Pretty sure we both learned some new things in the process.

I have known Tracey for quite a while through our children and when we decided to sell our home I knew that I wanted her because I knew that she was a trustworthy person and I also knew her sells in the past. I was pretty stressed out about selling our house but I felt like she made it simple the way she talked us through everything and once it was on the market she and done everything that a realtor should in order to sell a home. Jennifer has been so much help during the process of looking for and buying our home .We started with a different agent that was little to no help.I was getting upset and didn't think it was going to happen for us .One call to Jennifer and she made me feel at better. Within the same week she had already found us a few houses to look at .The last home we looked at was the one .She has always helped us with any questions and never made us feel as if we became a problem for her . Side note we have a special needs son so time is not always on our side she worked with us on that also to make it easy on us ..If i ever need to sell or buy another home i will use her in a heartbeat.
