I have known Tracey for quite a while through our children and when we decided to sell our home I knew that I wanted her because I knew that she was a trustworthy person and I also knew her sells in the past. I was pretty stressed out about selling our house but I felt like she made it simple the way she talked us through everything and once it was on the market she and done everything that a realtor should in order to sell a home. She was always available to talk or to explain something that I didn't understand that meant a lot to me! I have since recommended Tracey to several people.

We absolutely loved working with Tracey. I feel like I was probably one of her more pickier buyers, I had quite a list of wants, she worked daily and kept in constant contact with us about any possible option that would pop up. She took us to showings early on weekend mornings and late on Friday when I'm sure she had so many other things to do. She also invests in the family, she always paid attention to our toddler and never complained about how crazy our kid made showings, it may be small detail but it meant a lot to us. She also had pizza delivered to our new home for move in day so it was one less thing we had to worry about. She is absolutely the best and we will always use her!
